Cernit 1000

Machine description

The compact system CERNIT 1000 is composed by a vibratory conveyor equipped by a vibration screen with a variable inclination. The entry material with a size inferior to the holes of the vibration screen, falls in interior of the of the vibratory conveyor and goes in the first hopper. The remaining material continues its way on the screening tables together with the vibrator conveyor until its meeting with the stainless steel pipe that feeds the magnetic drum. This magnetic drum has a adjustable magnetic system and of an inverter for the regulation of the angular velocity of the outer coat, is able to pick up ferromagnetic fragments still present in the over size and to he conveyed in the inside of the second hopper. The rest of material already screened and iron removers falls and will fallow its natural trajectory inside the third hopper.
